PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Principal Management Group collects our homeowners' dues in
advance annually. We suggest you mail your dues payment in
early December for the following year since the deadline is
January 1st.

These dues are necessary for the maintenance of our valued
amenities. The dues cover expenses such as common area
lawn mowing, fertilizing, planting, weeding, tree trimming,
sprinkler parts and labor for repairs, electricity for lights at
the tennis courts, pool, and common areas, upkeep on the two
fountains in the lake, pool chlorination, cleaning, and
occasional repairs, painting on pool decks, wrought iron fences,
and street lights, insurance, property management fees, postage,
and so on. The Board also budgets a portion of the
homeowner dues long-term to cover replacement or major repairs
on common property such as tennis and basketball court surfaces,
playground equipment, pool surface, dredging the upper lake,
pump motors for the massive sprinkler system, mechanical upkeep
on the fountains, erosion control near the lake and bridges,
pool furniture, tennis wind screens, and large planting beds at
the entrances and around the lake.
Fortunately, we have an active volunteer board and other
volunteers who all give their time to keep Stone Lakes beautiful
and enjoyable for all. One example of a project that saves
homeowners' expenses is the elimination of the
paper newsletter in concert with the development of this website
and the electronic newsletters and E-Blasts. We are able
to get information to all the homeowners much more quickly than
before, and at a significantly lower cost.
The Board welcomes all suggestions from homeowners to maintain
or improve the quality of life in our neighborhood; they also
invite ideas that reduce costs while preserving our amenities.
Either attend a board meeting to present your ideas (email
our secretary Vivienne Reynolds, so she can add your topic
to the agenda), or
