Pool Rules
New Pool Director
We want to thank Kendall Goodman for his
tireless efforts to maintain and improve our pool, cabana,
decking, and outdoor furniture. Kendall has resigned and
passed the baton to Steve Wurth.

Hours of operation are from 9
am-10 pm.
Pool is generally closed on
Mondays for maintenance
Swim at your own risk -No
lifeguard on duty.

Emergency phone is located outside the pool gate at the
upper level entrance (mounted to the side of the building)
No Diving.
No Glass in pool or cabana
area at any time.
No running or horseplay
allowed.
No alcohol or disorderly
conduct will be tolerated.
No smoking allowed.
Children under 14 must be
accompanied by an adult 18 or older at all times.
Personal flotation devices
only.
Children not potty trained
must wear diapers with plastic pants or swim diapers.
No pets allowed.
Limit 6 guest per family at
all times. (exceptions must be approved in advance by Pool
Director)
Pool cleaning will be done 3 times a week during
the summer.
Trash pickup and bathrooms will be done 2 days a
week.
Residents need to clean up after themselves and
guests (please take your trash with you or use the trash cans provided.)
Pool parties will be allowed - 25 maximum
guests/$100 deposit/$25 usage fee-contact

A first aid kit is in the women's bathroom.

Terms of Pool Party
Parties held are
for Stone Lakes Residents and their guests Only.
The pool is not
closed to other residents during the party time.
Maximum 25
guests are allowed.
All parties must
be between 10am-9pm (Residents are responsible to get
all guests out by 9pm or at the end of party time
requested). There is a four hour time limit.
Music is
allowed, but must be kept at a reasonable level.
Parties during
the swimming months June-August, will be allowed on the
week days only (Monday-Thursday).
Only one party
per day will be scheduled.
All regular pool
rules apply (see rules on this page)
Two adult
residents (over 18 yrs.) must be present during the
party. (If young children are invited, more adults
should be present or hiring a certified lifeguard would
be strongly encouraged.)
The resident who scheduled the party is
responsible for picking up trash
following the party in the pool area and cabana. (If
party is on a Sunday or Wednesday trash can be set out on
the street curb. On other days put closed trash bags by
the sink in the cabana.)
Turn off lights
in bathroom and make sure the gate doors are locked when
leaving.
911 Emergency
Phone is located outside the gate at the top of the
stairs ON the building wall.
First Aid Kit is
located in the women's bathroom.
Security deposit
is $100.(Make the check payable to the Stone Lakes HOA)
Give check to Kelly Kozel before the day of the party.
Pool Director
will return security check 24-48 hrs. after the party.
Party Fee is $25
(Make checks payable to the Stone Lakes HOA). Give
check to Kelly Kozel before the day of the party.
