helpful information about your new neighborhood and the city of
Southlake. Read below for some useful introductory tips,
and browse through the other pages at your leisure.

REGISTER WITH STONE LAKES
You will be welcomed by your block captain, a
street representative, or the welcoming committee; you will
receive a folder with helpful information. Much of this
info is also on this website for your convenience. An
important part of that packet is the
Neighborhood Records Update,
which we ask you to fill out with your family names, phone
number, and so on. This will be added to our neighborhood
directory (with your permission). This directory is NOT
posted online; it is only available to registered Stone Lakes
Homeowners. In the event that your
newcomer's packet is hidden among the boxes and packing paper,
we have posted it HERE: print
it, fill it out, and drop at 501 Stratford Drive.

for a copy of the phone directory. This method saves on printing
and postage costs, so it
helps us to hold our dues down for all residents.
Getting Around A
spiral-bound Fort Worth MAPSCO is handy to keep in the car as
you venture out to see north Texas. Stone Lakes is on Map
25. The main road through town is Southlake Blvd, also
known as FM 1709 (farm to market road 1709) or Rte. 1709.
Rte 1709 runs east and west. Davis Blvd (also known as Rte 1938)
is perpendicular to Rte 1709; it runs south from 1709 to Loop
820. Davis Blvd begins by Albertson's, just a little west

As you unpack, recycle those
cardboard boxes! Flatten your moving boxes and set them at
the curb with your blue recycling bin on Sundays after 6 pm. A
recycling truck will pick them up sometime on Mondays. Garbage
is picked up twice weekly, on Mondays and Thursdays. You
may place your trash at the curb after 6 pm on Sundays and
Wednesdays. Please use a plastic pail with a secure lid;
raccoons and coyotes love trash! To

can pay your monthly water and garbage bills at the
Utility
Billing Dept in Town Hall in Town Square. Verizon
provides local and long distance phone service, wireless cell
phone plans, and FiOS Fiber Optic System for crisp television
reception and
ultra-fast broadband internet connections
that are far faster than cable. These
services can be purchased separately or bundled on one monthly
bill.

The SPEED LIMIT
in Stone Lakes is 30 mph, but the curved roads and young
children out playing make this faster than optimal. We
actively discourage speeding for everyone's safety.

for your convenience at both ends of the lake and on the east
side. Please remember
to pick up after your pets. Southlake has a leash law,
too, so be sure your pet is on an appropriate leash.
