Lake and Park Use Rules
Ten-acre Stone Lake is an attraction worth bragging about.
It sets our development apart from others while providing a home
for fish and fowl, beauty to stroll by, catch and release
fishing, and flood control. We have an active Neighborhood Watch
Group dedicated to preserving the condition of our tennis
courts, lake, pool, and other property; but we ask that you help
this effort by using due care in and around our common areas.
DO's:
The lake and it surroundings are for the
enjoyment Stone Lakes
Homeowners and their immediate families. Stone Lakes
Homeowners, please accompany your guests around the lake and at
other amenities. Limit
the number of your guests to 6, unless you obtain prior approval
from the Chairman. Dispose of your trash
in the containers provided at the north and south end of the
lake. Protect our
swans, turtles, fish and ducks! Refrain from leaving any
sort of debris in or near the lake. Fishermen,
release all catches back into the lake. Keep
your dogs leashed at all times. Take plastic bags with you
and pick up their "business" every time you
visit the lake or other common areas. Let's keep our
common areas clean and inviting. Parents and
babysitters, supervise your children near the lake and on the
playground. To defray the cost of
replacing and maintaining our plantings by the lake and curved
bridge, professional photographers are charged a $100 fee for
the use of Stone Lakes private property. This fee is
waived for our residents. However, professionals
photographing non-members of our HOA (non-residents) are to send
payment to:
