Mailbox
Guide
The webmaster
developed a mailbox guide as a reference for all Stone Lakes residents.
Our elegant black Victorian mailboxes benefit from occasional
coats of paint; the Guide has recommendations as to the best
type to use. For your convenience, there is also
information about locking boxes, welding, and a reinforcement
technique included as well.

Items for HOA Board Meeting Agendas
Our secretary, Vivienne Reynolds, is doing a
great job with the Minutes and Agendas for the HOA Board
meetings. If you have a topic to discuss at a meeting,
email her at
HOAsecretary@stonelakes.net (preferably at least a week before
the meeting) so she can add it to the Agenda. This will
enable the Board to ensure that the meetings are handled as
efficiently as possible. It will also increase the odds of
getting your issue answered quickly since the Board will have a
chance to see your concern ahead of time, and possibly resolve
the issue by the start of the meeting. The officers of our homeowners' association hold a meeting on
the 3rd Monday of each month at 7:00 pm, except the month of
December when it is held on the 2nd Monday. The meetings are generally held at the
Southlake DPS West facility (across from Albertson's
center). All Stone Lakes Homeowners are encouraged to attend these
meetings to learn more about our development and to give
valuable input on several topics.
If you have a question or concern about the
homeowners' guidelines for Stone Lakes, please email our
Principal Management Rep, Jamie Gordon:
jgordon@principal-mgmt.com
One guideline that ALL homeowners are
requested to follow, regardless of attendance at any meetings,
is to be observant of suspicious or destructive behaviors that
affect individual properties and/or common areas of Stone Lakes.
We STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you to REPORT such acts to the police by
calling 817-743-4524 immediately. Please also report them to
our own neighborhood watch:
